Pennyworth

A personal assistant that helps its owner review email, keep track of appointments, and receive reminders.

What the assistant does

Pennyworth runs on Hermes Agent in an owner-managed environment. With the owner's Google authorization, it reads selected Gmail accounts and Google Calendar to prepare summaries, identify follow-ups, and support appointment planning. Email sending, mailbox changes, and calendar changes require the owner's approval.

Relevant information may be processed by configured AI providers. Assistant replies and reminders can be delivered through Telegram. The privacy policy explains data access, storage, sharing, and revocation.

Personal use only

This is an owner-operated integration, not a public sign-up service. These pages provide information about the Google OAuth app named Pennyworth. They do not provide access to the owner's assistant, email, calendar, or credentials.

This subdomain hosts only Pennyworth's information pages. It is separate from The Phoenix Board's products and services.

Contact and access

The owner can contact the assistant through their existing private assistant channel. For Google authorization questions, use the support email shown on Pennyworth's Google consent screen. Google access can be removed from Google Account connections.
